No Refunds on Services

At Ébené Body Sculpting, we strive to provide high-quality, non-invasive body sculpting treatments tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please review our refund policy below before booking.

All payments for body sculpting treatments, packages, and consultations are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This policy applies to:

✔️ Individual treatment sessions
✔️ Discounted package deals
✔️ Gift certificates or prepaid services

Since results vary from client to client, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be provided based on personal dissatisfaction.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we allow for rescheduling under the following conditions:

24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without communication may result in forfeited sessions or additional fees.

For prepaid package sessions, failure to attend or cancel within the required time frame may result in one session being deducted from your package.

Exceptions & Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, store credit may be issued in the following situations:

✔️ A medical condition arises that prevents you from safely receiving treatments (must be documented by a physician).
✔️ A scheduling error occurs on our end that prevents us from providing your service.

Any approved store credit is non-transferable and must be used within a specified period.
