Services, Payments & Policies

Ébené Body Sculpting provides non-invasive body contouring treatments, including Lipo Cavitation, RF Skin Tightening, Red Light Therapy, and Shake Plate Therapy. These services are for cosmetic purposes only and do not replace medical treatments.

Payment & Refunds: Payment is required at the time of booking, and all services are non-refundable once provided. Package sessions must be used within the designated timeframe and are non-transferable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited session.

Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, including pregnancy, heart conditions, metal implants, or recent surgeries, before treatment. Failure to do so may increase the risk of adverse effects, and Ébené Body Sculpting is not liable for undisclosed health concerns.

Liability & Client Responsibility

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that results vary and that Ébené Body Sculpting does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability Waiver: Clients assume all risks associated with treatments and release Ébené Body Sculpting, its staff, and affiliates from any claims of injury, dissatisfaction, or side effects.

Pre & Post-Treatment Care: Following all aftercare instructions is essential to maximize results and minimize risks. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of treatments if post-care guidelines are not followed.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels without notice, has contraindications for treatment, or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Privacy, Intellectual Property & Legal Compliance

Privacy Policy: Client information is collected solely for appointment management and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property: All website content, including images, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Ébené Body Sculpting and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Missouri.
